Calvert Green Village Hall Booking FAQs is your go-to guide for hiring the hall. Whether you’re planning a party, meeting, or community event, hopefully below answers the most common questions about how to book, what’s included, costs, access and what to expect on the day. It’s designed to make the booking process clear and straightforward, so you can focus on planning your event.

Include your name, event type, preferred dates/times, and setup needs, include time to setup and clear down in your booking time.

Please book 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend or seasonal events.
Daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm. Extended hours may be considered with prior agreement.
- Standard hire: £15/hour
- Evening party rate (up to 4 hours): £80
- Full-day hire: £120
- Community group rates: Available on request
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required and returned if there’s no damage or policy breach.

Yes. Free high speed Wi-Fi is available to all users, provided by Gigaclear.
Yes. Ramps, wide doors, and accessible toilets are provided.
- 14+ days notice: Full refund
- Less than 14 days: Deposit may be forfeited
