Appas

We pride ourselves in encouraging every student whether they want to perform for fun or train for a future career. We are passionate about the Arts and support our students every step of the way.

Circuits

Monday 6.45pm Main Hall

Thursday 6.45pm Main Hall

Join us twice a week for our circuit training sessions. Endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Pilates

Tuesday: 7.30pm Main Hall

Transform your body and mind. Join us every Tuesday for our Pilates class to build core strength, flexibility and balance with a rejuvenating workout.
