We pride ourselves in encouraging every student whether they want to perform for fun or train for a future career. We are passionate about the Arts and support our students every step of the way.
Join us twice a week for our circuit training sessions. Endurance training, resistance training, high-intensity aerobics, and exercises performed in a circuit. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.
