Health Protection Agency: The Health Protection Agency (HPA) is an independent body that protects the health and well-being of the population. The Health Protection Agency provides authoritative advice to Government Agencies and the Public.

The UK Without Incineration Network web site is devoted to anti-incineration campaigning and environmental groups. It contains summaries and links to detailed information for the opposition to the incineration of household waste. There is also an interactive map of other incinerator sites produced in collaboration with Friends of the Earth.
